SAP partners expand our leading portfolio with special in-house developments based on the SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP). The platform offers partners the opportunity to innovate and extend and integrate business applications at scale.
Additionally, to enable partners to create AI-powered innovations and unlock new opportunities for customers, we are now giving them free access to test, demo and development (TDD) licenses for SAP Build.
SAP Build offers partners a comprehensive suite of low-code, code-first and generative AI tools. This allows you to create your own Joule functions and agents, applications, automations and digital workspaces. The new offering gives partners access to SAP Build, including permissions up to limited fair use. This enables ISVs to develop innovations at low initial costs.
SAP Build offers partners the opportunity to develop, test and implement applications and proof of concepts. This makes it easier for them to bring new solutions to market. The solutions can be sold in the SAP Store, giving partners access to SAP’s global customer base as buyers.
Free TDD licenses for SAP partners: scope of services
The offer includes the following and is available now:
- All SAP build features (developer, basic and premium users, runtime, including Joule Studio and ABAP Cloud)
- SAP HANA Cloud, our multi-model database that serves, among other things, as the basis for RAG applications and a powerful persistence layer for SAP build projects
- Additional SAP BTP services such as Generative AI Hub, logging services, Cloud Identity, etc.
In addition, the SAP Joule for Developers add-on remains free until further notice as part of a promotion for customers and partners.
Create transformative AI innovations faster on SAP Build
With SAP Build, it becomes easier than ever for partners to develop and integrate AI into their applications. With an SAP Build development license, you can use Joule Studio to create and extend Joule functions – intuitively using drag and drop.
In addition, the Agent Builder function will soon be available in Joule Studio. This allows you to design, create and deploy your own AI agents. Agents use SAP Knowledge Graph to gain comprehensive business insights and SAP Business Data Cloud (SAP BDC) for seamless access to data in SAP and third-party systems.
At the center of this is the KI Foundation, the central contact point for everything related to AI. The powerful, easy-to-use platform has everything you need to develop, extend and scale AI solutions needed. Tools like Generative AI Hub provide secure access to leading Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt management, and tools like data masking, among others, that help you securely develop innovations.
SAP Build: Easier development of intelligent applications for partners
Further developments are planned as we continue to invest in new SAP build capabilities. We want to help partners develop innovations and increase their market share.
SAP Build will take place in the second half of 2025 integrated with SAP BDCallowing developers to connect to SAP BDC data products. From the beginning of 2026, partners can use SAP Build intelligent applications and develop data products that can be used with SAP Business Data Cloud.
