The Ariba Supplier Help Center is your one-stop shop for all your Ariba Supplier support needs, offering a wide range of tools and resources to help you navigate the network efficiently.  

Below is the process to find answers to common queries as well as the steps to contact the Ariba Supplier Support Team should you have log in issues. 

Access the Ariba Supplier Help Center by following these steps: 

  1. Visit SAP Ariba Help Center 
  2. Select your account type. 
  3. Search in the search bar using key words for common queries and Ariba Supplier troubleshooting tips.

Contact the Ariba Supplier Support Team by following these steps: 

  • Go to the Get Support tab in the top-left corner of the Help Center and click Contact Support. 
  • Step 1: Add your question or issue (e.g. Can not log in), then click Next (button will appear after adding your question).  Review the “What do you need help with?” topics, if your query is not answered, click on Something else, then click Next step.

  • Step 2:  Review the recommended resourcesthen click Next. 
  • Step 3 Confirm the requested details, then click Next. 
  • Step 4: Choose from the available Contact Options.  

Depending on your account type, subscription and the nature of your issue, SAP Ariba Supplier Support will guide you towards one of the following support options: Request a Call, Chat, Email Webform.
