Access the Ariba Supplier Help Center by following these steps:
- Visit SAP Ariba Help Center
- Select your account type.
- Search in the search bar using key words for common queries and Ariba Supplier troubleshooting tips.
Contact the Ariba Supplier Support Team by following these steps:
- Go to the Get Support tab in the top-left corner of the Help Center and click Contact Support.
- Step 1: Add your question or issue (e.g. Can not log in), then click Next (button will appear after adding your question). Review the “What do you need help with?” topics, if your query is not answered, click on Something else, then click Next step.
- Step 2: Review the recommended resources, then click Next.
- Step 3 Confirm the requested details, then click Next.
- Step 4: Choose from the available Contact Options.
