A key piece of SAP's ongoing commitment to improving your cloud experience—not just during a disruption but long after they’re resolved—is ensuring you have full visibility into how incidents are handled via SAP for Me. To further improve the process, we’re excited to announce Preventive Measures Reporting is now available in SAP for Me’s Systems & Provisioning Dashboard. Preventive Measures Reporting gives you direct, real-time access to the preventive measures identified during root cause analyses (RCAs) following cloud incidents.

When a cloud incident occurs, we conduct a thorough root cause analysis to determine what happened and what steps are needed to prevent it from happening again. With Preventive Measure Reporting, you don’t have to wonder whether those corrective actions are being followed through upon. You can track everything directly from SAP for Me.

We built this with four key goals in mind:

Real-Time Visibility lets you monitor the status of preventive measures identified in root cause analyses at any time, directly through SAP for Me.

Enhanced Post-Incident Transparency gives you a clear insight into how SAP addresses and resolves cloud incidents after closure, building greater trust and accountability.

It elevates the overall customer experience during and after a cloud incident through transparent and timely communication.

And streamlined tracking and validation gives you simplified preventive measure completion confirmation.

Preventive Measure Reporting represents a significant step forward in SAP’s commitment to transparency and customer trust. By providing customers with direct access to corrective actions, SAP empowers its customers to stay informed and hold all parties accountable throughout the entire incident lifecycle—including who owns them, what they entail, and when they are expected to be completed.

Each preventive measure in SAP for Me includes details on:
