Recurring Revenue Analytics in Subscription Analytics Dashboard

Understanding your recurring revenue is essential for forecasting and strategic planning. The Subscription Analytics app now includes dedicated analytics for recurring revenue, giving you deeper insights into the predictable income generated from your active subscriptions. 

Two new pages are available: Recurring Revenue – Totals and Recurring Revenue – New and Churned. These pages provide comprehensive overviews and trend analysis of your recurring revenue within specific periods.

You can analyze key performance indicators including:

  • Current total recurring revenue
  • New recurring revenue
  • Revenue churn
  • Average recurring revenue per subscription

Recurring revenue analytics help you identify growth patterns, forecast future revenues based on existing recurring streams, and make informed decisions about budgeting, investment, and business scaling. 

The charts and key figures show trends and growth rates per period, and you can adjust the base period filter to view data by month, quarter, or year. The recurring revenue calculations normalize subscription amounts to daily values and then multiply by the number of days in your selected base period, ensuring accurate representation across different time frames.

 Simplified Editing of Lookup Table Data

Managing your price conditions just got easier. The Manage Lookup Table Data app now allows you to edit individual rows directly, making quick adjustments to your price conditions without unnecessary complexity.

When you enter edit mode, you can modify any details. Need to adjust a price condition? Simply click on the price condition type to access the price condition builder, where you can fine-tune elements like price type, amount, and pricing unit.

Exclusion Groups for Refining Pricing Configuration

Pricing flexibility reaches a new level with exclusion groups in the Manage Pricing Schemes app. This feature allows you to compare multiple pricing steps and automatically select the most appropriate one based on specific criteria.

Four exclusion procedures are available to determine prices in different ways:

  • First Value in the Group: Uses only the first of the compared values
  • Last Value in the Group: Uses only the last of the compared values
  • Least Favorable Amount: Uses only the highest value or lowest discount among compared values
  • Most Favorable Amount: Uses only the lowest value or highest discount among compared values

Exclusion procedures with first/last values work well when comparing two pricing scheme steps. For example, you can use only two steps: one for the discounted price, and one for the normal price. By including both steps in an exclusion group and applying the first/last value procedure, you can conveniently control the pricing structure depending on the scenario. 

Procedures with least/most favorable amount are ideal for scenarios with more than two steps. For example, you can offer more favorable pricing for larger product volumes. In this case, you can create multiple price element specifications for the different volumes and set up the exclusion groups so that always the most favorable option is used in the subscription, depending on the scenario.
