At SAP Signavio, we are committed to evolving our solutions to provide you with the most powerful and user-friendly tools for continuous business process transformation. A key part of this commitment is continuously enhancing and consolidating our portfolio of value accelerators for SAP Signavio Process Intelligence.

From Starter Content to End-to-End Intelligence

Over the past years, we have been hard at work developing new, state-of-the-art content that goes far beyond the original “Start Mining” accelerator series. We have engineered richer data pipelines, more comprehensive persona-centric dashboards, and deeply integrated end-to-end process coverage across SCM and procurement domains.

As we introduce these more powerful assets, we have identified an overlap with a number of older value accelerators. To reduce complexity for you and focus our engineering efforts on the best possible content, we will be retiring the overlapping packages in November 2026.

What’s Changing?

Here is a breakdown of the upcoming removals, organized by process area.

Packages Being Retired: Warehouse Management

The following value accelerators are set for removal from the value accelerator library in November 2026, as their functionality is now more effectively covered by the new Embedded SAP Extended Warehouse Management accelerators:

Improve On-Time Delivery Performance for Managing Warehouse (Outbound) in SAP Extended Warehouse Management
Reduce Revenue Loss Due to Stock-outs for Managing Warehouse (Outbound) in SAP Extended Warehouse Management

Replaced by:

These new accelerators are already available in the value accelerator library.

Packages Being Retired: Source Products and Services, and Procure to Pay (SAP Ariba)

The following value accelerators are set for removal in November 2026, as the unified end-to-end Source to Pay pipeline now provides comprehensive coverage:

Start Mining for Procure to Pay in SAP Ariba

Replaced by:

Identify Improvement Potential for Source to Pay in SAP Ariba
Improve Process Performance for Source to Pay in SAP Ariba

This accelerator delivers an integrated end-to-end view across sourcing, contracting, and procurement in a single pipeline with dedicated dashboards.

Package Being Retired: Vendor Invoice Management

The following value accelerator is set for removal in November 2026, as dedicated Invoice to Pay accelerators now provide deeper, more targeted coverage:

Start Mining for Vendor Invoice Management supported by SAP Invoice Management by OpenText

Replaced by:

Invoice Excellence for Invoice to Pay Supported by OpenText in SAP ECC
Invoice Excellence for Invoice to Pay Supported by OpenText in SAP S/4HANA

These replacements are already available in the value accelerator library.

Impact and Your Next Steps

We want to make this transition as smooth as possible. Here is what you need to know:

What about my existing content? If you have already downloaded any of the affected packages, you can continue to use your local installations without any issues. The removal only affects the availability of these packages for new downloads from the value accelerator library after November 2026.

How do I handle customizations? We understand that many of you have customized your pipelines and dashboards. You can continue using your customized content in the existing assets, or migrate your customizations to the new accelerators. Our Maintenance Commitment: Going forward, our primary maintenance and bug-fix efforts will be focused on the new and updated content available in the value accelerator library. After November 2026, maintenance for the removed packages will be discontinued. If a bug is reported in content that is no longer in the library, we will provide a solution for the customer and apply the fix to the corresponding KPIs within the new, actively maintained value accelerators.

Timeline

To give you ample time to adapt, we have established a clear transition path:

Now – October 31, 2026: Transition period. The older value accelerators remain available for download from the value accelerator library.
November 2026: The retired value accelerators will be removed from the library, and engineering maintenance on them will be discontinued.
