SAP is introducing SAP Data Accelerator, an SAP-managed service that enables secure access to data from supported SAP systems through authorized partner solutions. It replaces the customer-managed connectivity setup used in supported partner access scenarios with an SAP-operated service layer designed to support enterprise security, regulatory compliance, and operational availability, while helping reduce brittle integrations, simplify operations, and minimize transition effort.
This guide walks you through the end-to-end process of provisioning a new solution in SAP Data Accelerator using SAP for Me. It is intended for administrators and technical users who need to set up and access a new SAP Data Accelerator tenant. By the end of this guide, you will have a fully provisioned solution and the credentials to sign in to it.
Step 1: Open SAP for Me
Open SAP for Me in your browser and navigate to Portfolio & Products > Applications and choose Start Provisioning in the SAP Data Accelerator Hub tile.

Step 2: Use the Create Solution wizard
The Create Solution wizard opens and displays four steps: General Information, Select Applications, Configure Parameters, and Review. The wizard starts at Step 1: General Information. Wait for any loading indicator to finish before proceeding.
Step 3: Enter General Information
Fill in the required information: Name (1), Path (2), and choose Next Step (3).

Fill in the required information: Region, Cloud Connector Auth Data Password, External System Name, Certificate (PEM): copy and paste the entire certificate from “begin” to “end”, External System Name, Certificate (PEM): copy and paste the entire certificate from “begin” to “end”, and choose Review.
Step 5: Review the Information
Review the information entered and if everything looks correct, choose Finish.
Step 6: Download the Authentication Data
You will receive a pop-up screen informing you that provisioning has started and that the resources are being provisioned in the selected resource group. Choose the View in Resources button to check the status of your request. While the tenant is in Processing state (1), a View Notifications button (2) becomes available. Use this button to access the Download connection details link (3).

Step 7: Connect the Cloud Connector to SAP Data Accelerator
The authentication data downloaded from your SAP Data Accelerator instance includes the subaccount details required for the setup in Palantir's platform, such as the region, subaccount, login email address, and password.

Use the information from those details to connect the Cloud Connector to the SAP Data Accelerator subaccount, as described in the SAP Help Portal page Connecting to SAP Data Accelerator. Complete this step within 5 minutes of downloading the authentication data. The activation link expires 1 hour after it is generated.
Step 8: Start Using SAP Data Accelerator
Once the account has been activated, your SAP Data Accelerator is ready to use (1). You can log in to your SAP Data Accelerator either using your SAP Data Accelerator URL or using the Main URL provided in the Access Information (2) of the SAP Data Accelerator tenant.
