In this blog post we walk through a developer implementation that automatically creates a Resource Request (RR) in SAP Project and Resource Management (SPRM) whenever a WBS element is saved with a custom “Available for Resourcing” flag. The staffing result is then fed back into the CATS timesheet worklist. No middleware, no iFlow, no external scheduler. This blog refers to WBS elements in an SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition release.
