Every large-scale transformation follows the same pattern. The process design is solid. The solution architecture is reviewed and approved. The project plan is detailed, resourced, and stakeholder-signed. And then, somewhere between design sign-off and go-live, things start slipping, not because the technology failed, but because the people weren't ready.
It's not a new problem. It's the oldest problem in enterprise transformation. And yet, in most programmes we see, the people dimension is still tracked in spreadsheets, managed project by project, and visible only in hindsight, when adoption is low, conformance is poor, and someone has to explain why the expected benefits aren't materialising.
