With the product release for the first half of 2025 (Release 1H 2025), we introduce over 250 innovative functions and extensions. Many of them are AI supported and help companies to manage all requirements and to remain one step ahead of the development.
SAP Business Ai
With new functions for efficient company processes, the SAP continues to be leaders in the AI field for companies.
With the current release we present joules in the SAP Successfactors Mobile App. Joulesthe SAP AI copilot, helps employees and managers to quickly find information, do tasks and open up valuable insights. All of this is made possible via a self-service interface that can be used in the office or on the go. In the new release, Joule supports the understandable salary statement as well as the creation and update of absence applications for employees. Among other things, managers can quickly get an overview of the status of the necessary training for their teams.

In addition to English, Joule is now available in ten new languages, in Chinese, French, German, Greek, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Portuguese, Spanish and Vietnamese.
Personnel procurement and familiarization
This release also includes a redesigned usage interface in SAP Successfactors Recruiting. Applicants are guided via the modernized interface and can dynamically enter their information. The application process is easier and faster, which also prevents possible applicants. The new user experience offers a revised dashboard, via which submitted documents indicated, tasks are done afterwards for the application and information can be easily called up and updated.
As part of the offboarding functions in SAP SUCCESSFACTORS ONboarding Former employees can now manage personal data and also access support, documents and resources after completing employment. In addition, the AI-based offboarding helps with joules to complete tasks and offers excreting employees an optimal leak from the company.
Performance and target guidelines
We are very happy to have the new performance form in SAP Successfactors Performance & Goals to present that now ensures an optimized user experience with a dynamic, intuitive design. The new interface facilitates tasks in the performance assessment through context -related information and optimized screen content, so that the cognitive burden and the effort are reduced by scrolling – for more focus and efficiency.
New AI-based functions are introduced for an even better user experience, such as:
- Suggestions for comments on selected skills and classifications so that constructive, development -oriented feedback can be given when evaluating
- Information on the performance for managers with analyzed employee data and summaries of the strengths, achieved goals and areas of improvement of the individual employees
- Memory analyzes for comprehensive assessments so that employees can quickly recognize negative or mixed feedback, whereby improvement areas are highlighted and targeted professional development is made possible

Continuing education
Since gaps in competence are increasingly occurring in companies, continuous further training for employees remains indispensable in order to remain competitive and adapt to new challenges.
A new, competence -oriented training offers a list of selected training opportunities to improve key qualifications and core competencies. Employees can search for training options via filters that are tailored to their need for further training and support the change in the company.
HR core functions and personnel billing
SAP offers industry-leading solutions for HR core functions, personnel billing and time recording with which companies gain flexibility for every challenge.
Building on the successful introduction of our updated employee profile in SAP SUCCESSFACTORS Employee Central We have further improved the user experience through additional content from SAP-SUCCESSFACTORS solutions, such as additional services, personnel billing and further education.
To support the special requirements of the public service, we introduce a new portlet with the display of the financing status of the employees.

The integration of the workbench for the control of the job budgeting in SAP Successfactors Employee Central Payrollthat has already been announced on the succonnect. In addition to the existing integrations in SAP SUCCESSFACTORS Employee Central and SAP S/4HANA Cloud, clerks can get an overview of the budget use and the costs of positions in real time. The higher transparency enables better administration of allocated funds and funding and offers a comprehensive overview of wage costs, assigned budgets and available funds for personnel expenses.
We also expand our Payroll Control Center for a comprehensive, consistent view of the entire personnel billing process. With this expansion, clerk with a flow diagram of the tasks and their order can optimize the processes in each billing cycle. This improved user experience offers real -time information from measures before the salary billing and from downstream salary accounting processes.
We also offer a new local billing version for Bulgaria, which now means a total of 53 native -supported country settings (and even more with support from partners).
