For the fifth time in a row, SAP was classified as a leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant 2025 for Integration Platform AS A Service (IPAAS).
We see this renowned recognition as evidence of our continuing innovative ability, our robust functions and our customer orientation. In our view, this award also strengthens the position of the SAP Integration Suite as a trustworthy solution for companies that want to standardize business processes and applications – from SAP and other providers – across system.
Recognition in Ipaas
The Gartner Magic Quadrant offers an overview of the technology providers in the IPAAS market and positions them according to the completeness of their concept and their ability to implement it. SAP achieved the highest classification in the “Implementation of the concept” category.

As a central integration technology of the SAP Business Suite enables the SAP Integration Suite Companies, applications, APIs, events, business processes and data seamlessly and natively in hybrid environments-inside and outside the SAP ecosystem-to link each other. The AI-based functions, the extensive library of proven and supported cross-divisional integrations and the user-friendly interface ensure quick and reliable integration.
Comprehensive integration based on AI
AI changes the way companies combine systems, automate workflows and receive real-time insights into cloud, on-premise and hybrid environments. By directly embedding AI functions in the SAP Integration Suite, companies can pass from static links to dynamic, self-optimizing ecosystems that adapt, learn, learn and develop with the company.
For example, SAP introduced groundbreaking functions for generative AI and machine learning last year that help employees in specialist departments and the development to generate and automate integration workflows, recognize anomalies at APIs and to optimize data validation, transformation and assignment. The functions increase the efficiency of development, reduce operating costs and ensure data consistency and integrity in all connected systems.
Our goal is to continue to provide AI-based innovations in the field of integration. At our customer conference SAP Sapphire in Orlando, we presented several exciting functions, including third-party adapters for connecting non-SAP applications, a AI adapter that links workflows with all Large Language models (from SAP and other providers), as well as AI-based API trends and forecasts. With these new functions, companies can create more efficient and safe workflows that are Fedramp-certified and thus ensure compliance in regulated industries. For the future we have planned a complete roadmap with the latest AI functions that are integrated into the SAP Integration Suite.
Preliminary integrations and accelerators for industries
An important strength of the SAP Integration Suite is its extensive library with over 10,500 preconfigured integration artifacts and more than 250 third-party adapters SAP Business Accelerator Hub are available.
By accessing pre-configured integration flows, APIs and connectors, companies can quickly implement best practice integrations that are tailored to their industry requirements, thus reducing the implementation effort and costs by up to a factor of 10. The content is regularly updated and serviced by SAP, so that customers always have access to the latest solutions.
User -friendliness and customer confidence
Our commitment to the success of our customers can also be seen in our high satisfaction values: 95 percent of customers recommend the SAP Integration Suite Gartner Peer Insights. The suite provides for simple operation for all user roles, with integration experts recording the highest satisfaction. Another 78 percent of the customers surveyed as part of Gartner Peer Insights stated that the product functionality and performance of the SAP Integration Suite were decisive for their decision.

Endress+Hauser Use the SAP Integration Suite, for example, to make its business future -proof. As the world’s leading provider of measuring devices, services and solutions for industrial process technology, Endress+Hauser supports more than 100,000 customers worldwide in doing processes and systems safely, reliably, economically and sustainably. In an interview, Jürgen Schrempp, Director of Applications: “With the SAP Integration Suite we are well prepared for the future. Whatever will come – new business models, AI – we can react quickly and are flexible. And that counts in the end.”
Shimano Europe Use the SAP Integration Suite to improve the customer experience. The company, founded in 1921, offers fascinating products in the areas of cycling, fishing and rowing. In an interview, Fernanda Ribeiro, IT Application Architect at Shimano: “In order to speed up the market launch, we have provided an effective and efficient integration platform with the SAP Integration Suite. We benefit from a future -proof and scalable solution that improves the customer experience.”
Cona services LLCa premium provider of IT services for the largest Coca-Cola filler in North America, uses SAP integration suite to reduce the costs and the complexity of integration. Supporting several integration platforms was expensive and required different skills in the field of development and support. By using the SAP Integration Suite as a uniform platform for linking SAP solutions with applications of third-party providers, Cona minimized the integration costs and the complexity. Umesh Borikar, Director of Middleware and Integration, said: “We consider the introduction of SAP Integration Suite at the SAP BTP as an important step of our digital transformation. We can significantly reduce the costs and the complexity associated with the support of several integrations.”
