Trending Content shows you what other customers are viewing most today. These are the most-accessed solutions across the platform—real-time insights into what’s relevant and helpful right now.

Critical Content, on the other hand, focuses on high-impact issues specific to your product—those that could cause serious business consequences if overlooked. It’s about proactive support, helping you resolve problems before they escalate.
