WALLDORF, Germany, and AUSTIN, Texas, USA — July 6, 2026 — SAP SE (NYSE: SAP) today announced that it has successfully completed its acquisition of Dremio. Dremio is a provider of an open, very powerful data lakehouse platform.
The acquisition expands SAP's agentic AI offerings and improves its customers' ability to combine data from SAP and non-SAP environments. This means that analyzes and AI tasks can access the data of all software landscapes in use in real time, without having to move or convert data. This significantly improves the economics of analytics and the use of AI.
